The BEVOX Series heli-bevel gearboxes are designed to offer exceptional durability and efficiency. Constructed with cast iron for high strength, these gearboxes are capable of handling up to 500Nm of torque. The die-cast aluminium housing is uniquely contoured and optimized to improve the draining of water or liquids in case the gearbox is exposed to splashing or washing, enhancing its performance in tough environments.

One of the key features of the BEVOX Series is its modular design with a detachable output flange and integral feet, allowing for easy and quick conversion between flange and foot mounting. The gearboxes are also equipped with two safety plastic covers on the output, which protect the gearboxes during transportation and storage, as well as prevent accidental contact with moving parts.

The BEVOX gearboxes are designed with a hypoid gear in the first stage (in two-stage models) and in the middle stage (in three-stage models), which contributes to quieter operation. The use of high-strength steels like 20CrMnTl and case hardening to 60 ? 2 HRC reduces wear on the gears, ensuring longevity. Additionally, all the wheels are profile ground to DIN 3962 class 6 accuracy, resulting in low noise and high efficiency.
